Lots of people love maps. Me too. Not so much the BVG public transport map or the Falk street map for Berlin but as soon as I get to London I’m getting excited of their counter pieces, the tube map or the A to Z. In the internet there’s a lot of map related going on as well. Not talking about google maps – but have you seen the Arcade Fire video where maps and street view pictures are put together of your home town?! Also interesting: There’s a strange maps blog with quite amusing stuff. My favourite maps though are British artist Emma Kay’s. She draws them from memory.
