KONZERT FÜR ZWÖLF TRAKTOREN

Copenhagen! You lucky people there! You can get up tomorrow morning and go to Charlottenborg Palace (12 o’clock noon). There you’ll be able to witness legendary Sven-Åke Johansson conducting his Concert for Twelve Tractors (1996). He’s been rehearsing with 12 farmers and their John Deeres, Bukhs and Volvos for weeks and tomorrow is the big day. This is only the 11th time since its debut performance in 1996. It’s a rare and great opportunity and you should really go. The concert is part of Palace Party in and around Charlottenborg Palace all day tomorrow. Sven-Åke Johansson is a Swedish composer, a musician (widely known for his free jazz drumming), writer and fine artist. His series of drawings of helicopters was shown at the last Berlin Biennale.
