Kilimanjaro is probably the most annoying magazine I know. Unfolded, it covers my entire kitchen table, catapulting it to the very top of titles that are tedious to handle and literally physically uncomfortable to read.
It’s also one of the most beautiful magazines I know – images come to a breathtaking poster size (well, kitchen table size…), granting them an impact that is stunning. The design is immaculate, playing with different sizes, orientations and paper stocks. It’s well written, well designed and surprising on every turn of the page. In short: it’s obviously made with a lot of love and talent, and it’s one of the most uncompromising publications out there. And it’s well worth clearing your table for.
