Berlin is in for a musical treat next week, starting off with Beach House coming to town, closely followed by Beirut next Tuesday at Astra Lounge. What sounds like a full-fledged Balkan combo that has been watching too many Godard movies, is actually the brainchild of Zach Condon, a 23-year-old kid from the deserts of New Mexico. Hard to believe but true.
Get a little taste here – but careful, this is addictive.
