Fantastic Mr. Fox is Wes Anderson’s (The Royal Tenenbaums, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou) first animated film using classic handmade stop motion techniques, featuring the voices of Anderson’s recurring cast members Bill Murray, Owen Wilson and Jason Schwartzman, joined by charming George Clooney as Mr. Fox. The story was written by Roald Dahl and was first published in 1970. The film will have its world premiere at the 66th Venice Film Festival in September and will open the 53rd edition of the London Film Festival on 14th October 2009.
