UK’s now-defunct Broadcast were busy putting together the OST for the movie entitled Berberian Sound Studio when singer Trish Keenan tragically died in early 2011. Her former band member James Cargill then “took Keenan’s recordings for the score and pieced together a gorgeous tapestry of sound that’s as serene as it is spooky.” Listen to the haunting soundtrack in its entirety over at NPR this week.
