Dear Friends,
as a final come-together this year, we want to invite you to celebrate in style the release of our latest issue mono.kultur #35 with the impressive performance artist Marina Abramović. Suitable to the dropping temperatures outside, we would like to show you the acclaimed documentary feature The Artist is Present on the past and present life and work of Marina Abramović, which we promise will be worth your time and a nice complementary experience to our in-depth interview.
What’s more, we are excited to present it in the suitably glorious setting of the former Stummfilmkino Delphi on the edge of Weissensee, and trust us, it’s worth the trip for the location alone. A grand space of 1920s Berlin for enjoying the new era of silent movies, the former cinema only recently reopened its doors after being closed for the last 70 years, and still retains its original charme. Drinks, music and atmosphere galore, and we look forward to seeing you next week.
Yours cordially,
mono.kultur
