DAWN IN LUXOR

Fashion films are rarely worth their time, except when you have capable hands such as Kahlil Joseph and open minds such as Carol Lim and Humberto Leon revamping the much-hyped Kenzo behind them. The outcome is a dense and atmospheric film that has as little to do with fashion as it does with overfishing [sic], but is all the better for it.
