standard-timeTime passing being an obvious issue these days, here is a nice reference of futility: Standard Time is a 24h performance, in which artist Mark Formanek at Datenstrudel realized an analogue digital clock sculpture, made of wooden beams that are being assembled and dismantled by 70 workers – in real time. It’s a wonderfully simple but effective gesture of nonsense, making you literally realize the passing of time. You could have this on your laptop, you know. In real time, of course.
